This evaluation is necessary due to the ongoing urbanization and growth in this area, which requires action to improve and maintain safe and efficient transportation measures. Planning, Design, Right of Way Construction The PD&E study is scheduled for completion in winter 2009. Design from Enterprise Drive to Cranberry Boulevard is scheduled to begin in fiscal year 2012. Design from Cranberry Boulevard to Sumter Boulevard is not funded. Right-of-way acquisition and construction phases are not funded in the FDOT Tentative Five Year Work Program.
